The S16R2-T2MPTK engine is designed and built in Japan and finished to customer specifications in France to ensure performance and reliability.
From combustion chamber design to fuel injection technology, turbocharging and advanced cooling system.
Everything is perfectly balanced to ensure highly reliable operation, optimum fuel consumption and a minimal installation footprint.
By using a long-stroke block with in-house MHI turbocharger technology, we have managed to significantly increase the power output while maintaining the footprint of our lower output engines.
Maintenance is easy because each cylinder has its own cylinder head and the engine's crankcase is equipped with large inspection covers.
